Why do you persist in not including the £25 extra for synthetic oil on the main web site when your website can differentiate between vehicles that need it as the reception promptly told me mine needed it when I arrived it makes it difficult to give a true comparison to other garages prices in advance very irritating or is it designed to give a false impression of value?

Great service and communication throughout. I'd had a repair done previously and rebooked to have mot and service done as the saving was huge. Will def be continuing to use the St albans branch to carry out any of my car needs.
